Wire Harness What is it?

A wiring harness provides overall service equipment for a particular load source group, such as trunking, switching equipment, control systems, etc.

I. The basic study of voice service theory is to investigate the relationship between traffic volume, call loss, and harness capacity. Therefore, the wire harness is an important fundamental concept in voice service theory.

ii. The service object of the wire harness is the load source, which usually refers to the subscriber equipment; in a broad sense, the higher level equipment is the load source for the lower level equipment. In communications, the load source is also referred to as the call source, and the number of serving devices contained in the harness is referred to as the harness capacity.

iii. The standard of a wire harness depends mainly on the calculation of its crimp rate, which requires special instruments, mainly by cutting, polishing, etching, observing, and measuring. Several steps such as quantity and calculation are done.
